GISM-0 Is Production-Ready — and We Made a Commercial About It (Sorry, Not Sorry)
Our Graph-Native Inferencing Semantic Model reaches production quality, the Protector Agent enters closed beta, and we commissioned an AI-generated commercial. We acknowledge the recursion.

We have two announcements this month. The first is that GISM-0 — our Graph-Native Inferencing Semantic Model — has reached production quality after months of development, internal stress testing, and one genuinely heated debate about whether 'graph-native' is a marketing phrase or a precise technical distinction. It is a precise technical distinction. We won that argument.
The second announcement is that we made a commercial. An AI helped produce a commercial about an AI product built on an AI reasoning engine. We acknowledge the recursion and choose to interpret it as validation rather than as a warning sign.
What GISM-0 Actually Is
Most language models process input as a sequence of tokens — they predict what word comes next based on statistical patterns. GISM-0 works differently: it models your input as a graph of concepts and semantic relationships, reasons over that structure, and produces outputs that are traceable back to specific paths through the graph.
Fully explainable outputs — every inference traces to a specific graph path. Zero hallucination on in-graph facts — if the concept is in the graph, the answer is provably grounded. Relationship-native reasoning — the model thinks in connections and structure, not word co-occurrence.
In less technical terms: when GISM-0 gives you an answer, you can ask it to show its work. When it doesn't know something, it says so instead of confidently fabricating a plausible-sounding alternative. We realize this sounds like a low bar. Here we are anyway.

The first product built on GISM-0 is what we've been calling the Protector Agent — an always-on AI guardian that monitors your systems, accounts, and behavioral patterns for anomalies, threats, and signals worth your attention. It doesn't need to be prompted. It watches continuously, reasons over a live concept graph of your environment, and alerts when something doesn't fit the established pattern.
What the Protector Agent does in closed beta:
- Continuous monitoring of connected systems — no polling intervals, no cron jobs, event-driven in real time
- GISM-0-based anomaly reasoning — flags structural pattern breaks, not just numerical threshold violations
- Per-instance isolation — each deployment runs in its own Kubernetes container with dedicated routing
- Explainable alerts — every notification includes a reasoning trace showing exactly what triggered it
Closed beta invitations are going out this week to the first wave from the waitlist. We'll have more to say about naming — yes, the Protector Agent is getting a proper name — in the next update.
